I finished reading the Kuhn book yesterday and wrote my review of it. It's been a while since I've had to write a paper. It took a little while to get back into it. Also, not the best book to be starting with. Not the easiest to read. I think I got the basics out if, about the whole process of discovery and how that applies to society/community. However, I feel that the point could have been made in a more clear way. I feel Kuhn is a very intelligent man and very knowledgable of his field, but he was very complex and technical in his writing. I got the impression that the book was geared more toward his colleagues than anything else. And that very well might have been his purpose, but, in my opinion, for the person not well versed in the science community, it was a difficult reading. Anyway, that's my take on it. Time to try to do some reading now.
